Text Message Terms

These terms cover text messages from ClockWork, run by Central Trade LLC for the businesses that use ClockWork to schedule their staff. They come from (877) 908-8777. How people agree to them is shown on How people agree to texts.

What we send

An invitation to join the ClockWork app, with a link, when your manager invites you. Your manager sends it only after you agree to receive it.
One-time sign-in codes, only when you ask for one on the ClockWork sign-in page.

We never send marketing or promotional texts.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most people receive a few texts a month or fewer.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one text confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to receive texts again. Stopping texts does not affect clocking in at the store.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and your agreement to receive texts are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
