LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

The whole day.
One readable report.

Start with the summary. Then review staff A–Z, departments, scheduled and actual times, breaks, available clock-in/out photos and confirmed paid time.

  • Daily PDFs to a separately linked managers’ Telegram group, when enabled.
  • Open and overnight shifts stay visible; unfinished time is not silently counted as confirmed pay.
  • Weekly review, corrections and approved archives keep the follow-up together.

Automatic daily delivery: 12:05 AM New York time for the preceding day. Setup and branch activation are required.

GOOD QUESTIONS

What is ready.
What is coming.

Clear answers about the browser, the apps and the tools your team can use.

What can I use today?

The management website and ClockWork Team in your browser are available now. Team gives managers and staff the view their account allows. ClockWork Team for iPhone and iPad, and ClockWork Kiosk for iPad, are coming soon to the App Store; no release date is announced. See Downloads for current test-build information.

What is included in the free trial?

Your workspace starts with a 14-day trial, with no payment card required at signup. Set up locations, staff, schedules and a kiosk, then explore reports and management tools. Telegram, document storage, payroll unlocking and Angel need their own configuration.

What happens after I sign up?

Create your company and owner account, then add locations and departments in Settings. Add staff and their kiosk PINs, build a schedule and pair a kiosk. Invite staff to Team when you’re ready for them to see their own work.

Can I use ClockWork on a phone, iPad or other tablet?

Yes. The website and Team in a browser work on phones, tablets and computers. The forthcoming ClockWork Team iOS app is for managers and staff; the forthcoming ClockWork Kiosk iPad app is the dedicated store time clock. Camera, passkey and reader support depend on the device and setup.

Does the time clock need an internet connection?

The browser kiosk needs a connection to check PINs and save attendance. The forthcoming native ClockWork Kiosk app can use a downloaded staff list and retain attendance locally after online setup, then send punches in order when reconnected within 24 hours. Older records need manager review. Unsent clock photos can be lost if the app restarts offline; see Downloads for the test build’s exact limits.

Will daily reports go to the staff group?

The automatic daily PDF goes only to the separately linked managers’ Telegram group when daily reporting is enabled for that branch. Delivery is scheduled for 12:05 AM New York time for the preceding day. The PDF includes recorded break times and available clock-in/out photos—not photos of every break. An unfinished overnight shift is shown as open, not automatically treated as a forgotten clock-out.

How does paid billing work?

Paid billing is based on locations. The owner can review the exact price and billing interval in Stripe checkout before confirming. All locations, including archived locations, count toward subscription quantity. No paid subscription is started by signup.

Does every staff member need a management account?

No. Staff can clock with their assigned PIN on a paired kiosk. An invitation gives them their own Team sign-in for their schedule, hours, requests and supported documents. Management access still depends on their role; a staff invitation does not grant it.

Does ClockWork pay wages or file payroll taxes?

No. Payroll review helps authorized people inspect hours and configured hourly pay estimates behind a separate one-time-code lock. ClockWork does not send wage payments, provide direct deposit or file payroll taxes. Staff self-service shows their hours, not wage estimates.

Can managers correct attendance?

Users with the required permissions can review and correct attendance. Changes are recorded in the audit log, and weekly review keeps approval history and approved report archives. A request never silently approves its own correction.

Can staff see their work documents?

Yes. Staff can access the supported documents in their own folder and see recorded opens. Store-wide documents can be shared too. Do not upload Social Security numbers, tax forms, photo IDs or I-9 copies; supported file types and retention rules apply.
